In order to receive support, you need to read carefully everything displayed in #welcome and #support

Use the dropdown menus in #support to resolve common problems you may encounter.

# Make a thread

Do not steal someone else thread under #threads, make your own!

  • If you didn't find the answer to your question in #support, scroll to the first message in #support and click Open a Thread.
  • You will be prompted to a message confirming your action. Click Continue if you wish to receive support otherwise click Cancel.
  • It is important for you to provide the most information as you can so we can help you out such as your device OS version and your app version.
